Service Description

Please attempt to go through you PCP first. This includes preparing all medical paperwork required by surgeon. Any EKGs, x-rays and additional labs that must be ordered are an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel egg session if a client fails to cancel within 24 hours here she will be asked to prepare for future services and additional Miss appointment charge of $25 might be assessed.
